But if money's no object or you need it work work properly every time, Wacom's the way to go. ![]() IMO if you're not going to do anything serious and you're patient & a little tech savvy then learning on the Huion is absolutely the way to go because it's SO MUCH cheaper. I wouldn't expect the Fiat to be as trouble-free or last as long as the Acura. I can't imagine trying to use this thing for actual work with deadlines and money on the line.Įssentially I went from a well-built, reliable Acura to a brand new Fiat with lots problems. Oh and the restarts? Ugh so often something stops working and the fix is restarting the computer. And it's even worse when I roll in my support experiences - Wacom was great and Huion has given me "solutions" that wasted my time and ultimately I have to figure out how to resolve the problems on my own. I have spent way too much time troubleshooting issues with this thing. These are issues I didn't have to worry about and I didn't have to waste time fixing with my Wacom and now they're a way of life. That is all true but it's not that simple. OK so I knew it wouldn't be the same quality but it would be good enough to do what I want it to do. ![]() Plus, if you got to the Wacom sub it's not like there aren't complaints over there too. I don't need 8192 levels of pressure but the Huion says it's a match there. Maybe the parallax won't be quite as good as the Wacom but I'm sure it'll be fine. I figured I'm just messing around with my art so I don't need perfection. So I decided I'd sell the Wacom and buy a good (based on reviews) Huion Kamvas 16 Pro. working with it sitting on the tablet stand. It was also a little heavy if I wanted to hold it vs. I used it for a while and figured it was way more drawing tablet (computer) than I needed. ![]() I started out driving a nice, fully loaded Acura - a Wacom MobileStudio Pro 13.
